Our parish is an outpost of the Kingdom of Heaven here on earth. At St. Charles Borromeo, we strive to be a place of encounter with the living and true God who is love (1 John 4:8) which leads to and flows from the grace of the sacraments. The seven sacraments, and the Eucharist in particular, is the means by which divine life is dispensed to us (CCC 1131).
There is nothing more precious to God than the faith which saves (John 6:29). Jesus, true God and true man, the King of the Universe and Savior of the human race, desires faith in Him and by extension, obedience to the Church that He founded. A relationship with Jesus Christ is the key to fulfillment in life, and only Jesus fully reveals man to man himself, and we strongly desire that this parish revolves around this fundamental relationship with our Lord.
Perhaps God has already taken hold of your life and you have given yourself wholly to Him. Perhaps you are a life-long Catholic and desire more. Perhaps you are not familiar with the Catholic Church but something is drawing you closer. At whatever stage you are at in the pilgrimage of life, we would enjoy hearing from you and seeing you at St. Charles Borromeo.
I welcome communication and feedback. Please feel free to reach out if there is ever any way that we can help you in your relationship with the living God. May God Bless you!
